Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and execute end-to-end testing strategies for Deposits 2.0 customer journeys
  • Design, develop, and maintain test cases, scripts, and scenarios to validate deposit account openings, transfers, and balance inquiries
  • Perform manual and automated testing to ensure seamless user experiences across digital channels including mobile apps and online banking platforms
  • Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, prioritizing issues based on business impact and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing to support continuous integration and deployment in an Agile environment
  • Analyze test results to provide insights on product quality, usability, and compliance with financial industry standards
  • Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to improve testing processes and team efficiency
  • Ensure all testing activities adhere to JP Morgan Chase's risk management and data security protocols
  • Mentor junior team members on best practices for testing in a high-stakes financial services context

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or product delivery within the financial services industry
  • Proven experience in end-to-end testing of customer-facing applications, particularly in banking or deposits products
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as FDIC, OCC, and data privacy laws in financial services
