Key Responsibilities

• Lead the governance of open source components in product delivery pipelines at JP Morgan Chase, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, and compliance teams to assess and mitigate risks associated with open source software usage
• Develop and maintain policies for open source adoption, including licensing reviews and vulnerability management
• Oversee the integration of open source tools into financial products, from ideation to market launch
• Conduct audits and reporting on open source usage to support regulatory filings and internal audits
• Drive initiatives to optimize open source strategies, reducing costs and enhancing innovation in Chase's digital banking solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product delivery, governance, or compliance roles within the financial services industry
