Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of scalable financial products by collaborating with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient execution
• Streamline processes within the product portfolio to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs in JP Morgan Chase's banking services
• Aid in the implementation of change initiatives, including technology upgrades and regulatory adaptations, to drive business growth
• Uphold compliance standards by conducting reviews and ensuring all delivery activities align with JP Morgan Chase's risk and regulatory policies
• Identify and resolve delivery impediments, such as resource constraints or technical bottlenecks, to maintain project momentum
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to align stakeholders on product goals and deliverables in the financial services domain
• Monitor product performance metrics and recommend improvements to support scalable growth in areas like wealth management or payments
• Contribute to portfolio governance by participating in reviews and reporting on delivery status to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product delivery, project management, or operations within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in supporting scalable product delivery and process optimization in a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements in banking and financial services, including regulatory standards like Dodd-Frank and Basel III
• Experience in resolving delivery impediments and aiding change initiatives in large-scale financial organizations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
