Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for B2C products, from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's brand and user needs
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define user requirements and create innovative financial solutions
  • Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to inform design decisions for consumer banking experiences
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles within cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and A/B testing to optimize product performance in the financial services landscape
  • Contribute to the evolution of JP Morgan Chase's design system, ensuring consistency across B2C digital touchpoints
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in UX design and fintech to drive innovation in consumer products
  • Mentor junior designers and participate in design reviews to maintain high standards of quality

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on B2C digital products in the financial services sector
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end design solutions for consumer-facing applications
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles applied to complex financial products
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
