Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define and execute operational strategies for installment lending solutions
  • Monitor and optimize end-to-end processes to ensure seamless delivery of borrowing and financing products to customers
  • Analyze performance metrics and operational data to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvements
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including those from the CFPB and OCC, in all product operations
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate new technologies and features into the product portfolio
  • Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on operational progress and risks
  • Develop and maintain documentation for operational workflows and training materials
  • Support risk assessment and mitigation efforts specific to lending operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, preferably in financial services or installment lending
