Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define and execute operational strategies for installment lending solutions
• Monitor and optimize end-to-end processes to ensure seamless delivery of borrowing and financing products to customers
• Analyze performance metrics and operational data to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvements
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including those from the CFPB and OCC, in all product operations
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate new technologies and features into the product portfolio
• Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on operational progress and risks
• Develop and maintain documentation for operational workflows and training materials
• Support risk assessment and mitigation efforts specific to lending operations
• Contribute to the innovation of customer-centric financing solutions aligned with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, preferably in financial services or installment lending
• Strong understanding of lending products, regulatory compliance, and risk management in the banking sector
• Proven track record in operational process improvement and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with data analysis tools and reporting in a financial environment
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Finance or related discipline
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Certification in project management (PMP) or financial operations
• Familiarity with installment lending platforms and fintech innovations
