Key Responsibilities

• Synchronize product efforts across teams to ensure alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic objectives in portfolio management
• Gather key inputs from stakeholders, including market data and client feedback, to inform portfolio decisions
• Analyze operations data using financial metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in investment portfolios
• Develop and implement change initiatives to optimize portfolio processes and enhance operational efficiency
• Assist in resource planning by forecasting needs and allocating budgets for product portfolio activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as risk management and compliance, to maintain regulatory adherence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, portfolio management, or financial services operations
• Proven track record in analyzing operational data and driving process improvements in a banking environment
• Experience with resource planning and cross-functional collaboration in large-scale financial institutions
