Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and compliance to develop and launch innovative product solutions for JP Morgan Chase clients
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements in areas like digital banking, payments, and investment platforms
• Define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize features to align with business objectives and client needs
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring solutions drive client success and firm growth
• Monitor product performance using KPIs such as user adoption rates, revenue impact, and client satisfaction metrics
• Partner with stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to foster continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, solutions engineering, or financial services product development
• Proven track record in delivering innovative solutions within the financial services sector, particularly in banking or investment products
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as Dodd-Frank, GDPR, and SEC guidelines
