Key Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of Client Sales Managers to drive commercial term lending growth in the Midwest region
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with JP Morgan Chase's Commercial Banking objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with middle-market companies, focusing on term lending solutions
  • Oversee the management of client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit risk, underwriting, and product specialists, to structure deals
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and economic conditions to inform sales tactics
  • Achieve or exceed regional revenue and portfolio growth targets

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial lending, term lending, or financial services sales within the banking industry
  • Proven track record of leading and building high-performing sales teams in a regional capacity
  • Deep knowledge of commercial banking products, including term loans, credit facilities, and risk assessment
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial services sector, such as Dodd-Frank and Basel III
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and achieving revenue targets in a competitive market
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the Midwest region
