Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance .NET/C# applications that support JP Morgan Chase's global financial operations
• Collaborate with agile teams to deliver secure, scalable technology products that meet regulatory requirements in the financial industry
• Implement best practices for code quality, including unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments, ensuring minimal downtime for critical financial systems
• Integrate applications with JP Morgan's internal platforms, such as data analytics tools and risk assessment systems
• Contribute to the evolution of software architecture, focusing on cloud-native solutions for enhanced security and scalability
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions within the Buenos Aires technology hub
• Ensure compliance with JP Morgan's security protocols and financial industry standards during all development phases
• Analyze business requirements from stakeholders in investment banking or asset management to inform technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development with .NET and C#
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure applications in the financial services sector
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, particularly in secure financial environments
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards like GDPR and SOX

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
