Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of technology strategies aligned with JP Morgan Chase's business objectives in the financial services sector
• Manage complex technical programs, resolving implementation issues and ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
• Collaborate with senior leaders across technology, operations, and business lines to identify and prioritize high-impact initiatives
• Oversee risk assessment and mitigation for technology projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in banking
• Drive cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client services
• Monitor program progress using KPIs and metrics, providing regular updates to executive stakeholders
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by integrating agile practices and emerging technologies
• Mentor junior program managers and contribute to talent development within the Technology Strategy team
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to recommend strategic technology investments
• Ensure seamless integration of technology solutions with JP Morgan's global infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years in financial services or a similar regulated industry
• Proven track record of leading large-scale technology initiatives in a global banking environment
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and enterprise architecture
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across technology, risk, compliance, and business units
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes such as Dodd-Frank, GDPR, and Basel III
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior executives and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced certification in project management (PMP, PgMP)
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and cloud computing in financial contexts
