Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the EMEA FICC Markets Operations Transformation team based in London, driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and resilience
  • Develop and execute transformation roadmaps aligned with JP Morgan Chase's global Markets strategy and EMEA regulatory landscape
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Front Office, Middle Office, and Technology to identify and implement process improvements in FICC trading, clearing, and settlement
  • Oversee project delivery, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation for transformation programs
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, leveraging data analytics and automation tools
  • Ensure compliance with evolving regulations such as MiFID II and EMIR, while optimizing operational costs
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting diversity and inclusion in line with JP Morgan's values
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to executive leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services operations, with at least 5 years in FICC markets or transformation roles
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs in a global banking environment
  • Deep knowledge of EMEA regulatory requirements, including MiFID II, EMIR, and SFTR
  • Strong project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous
