Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test automation strategies for JP Morgan Chase's product portfolio
  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of automation frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in testing processes
  • Mentor and guide junior automation engineers on best practices and tools

  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive root cause analysis in financial applications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in software testing and test automation
  • Proven experience leading test automation strategies in agile environments
  • Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and tools in financial services
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in banking and financial sectors

  • Certification in ISTQB or similar testing methodologies
