Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of inclusive and accessible user experiences for digital products in JP Morgan Chase's Business Banking division
  • Conduct user research and gather insights to inform service design strategies tailored to business banking clients
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility guidelines and promote inclusivity for diverse user groups in the financial sector
  • Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to align on user journey mappings and service blueprints
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, A/B testing, and performance metrics to optimize digital banking experiences
  • Partner with engineering teams to implement designs that meet security and compliance standards in financial services
  • Contribute to the development of design systems and guidelines specific to JP Morgan Chase's brand and business banking needs
  • Monitor industry trends in UX for fintech and incorporate innovative practices into Business Banking products

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on service design for digital products
  • Proven track record in designing inclusive and accessible user experiences compliant with WCAG standards
  • Experience working in the financial services industry, particularly in banking or fintech
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design projects for enterprise-level applications
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
