Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on cost-effective travel options while maximizing the benefits of Chase Ultimate Rewards and premium card perks
  • Handle servicing inquiries, modifications, and cancellations, resolving issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ensure all travel recommendations comply with JPMorgan Chase's financial regulations, anti-money laundering policies, and data privacy standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile travel expenses and facilitate reimbursements through Chase's banking platforms
  • Monitor travel advisories and provide proactive guidance on safety, health, and geopolitical risks affecting client itineraries
