As an Associate or Vice President on the STIRT team in New York, you will play a pivotal role in trading short-term interest rate instruments such as Fed Funds, SOFR futures, and overnight indexed swaps (OIS). This position offers exposure to high-volume trading, real-time decision-making, and direct interaction with institutional clients, all while leveraging JPMorgan's cutting-edge technology and risk management frameworks to navigate the complexities of monetary policy and liquidity provision.
