Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable infrastructure for Corporate Oversight and Legal Technology platforms at JP Morgan Chase
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security to ensure 99.99% uptime for critical financial governance systems
  • Automate deployment pipelines and incident response processes to support agile development in a regulated financial environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, and engineering to integrate SRE best practices
  • Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents and implement preventive measures aligned with financial regulations
  • Optimize cloud resources and costs while maintaining compliance with SOX, GDPR, and internal JP Morgan policies
