Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or systems engineering roles
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining highly available, scalable systems in a financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with hands-on experience in infrastructure as code
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk, and incident management processes
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards relevant to financial institutions (e.g., PCI-DSS, SOC 2)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment handling mission-critical financial systems
