Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media content strategies to enhance J.P. Morgan's brand visibility and engagement across EMEA platforms
  • Create compelling, compliant content including posts, videos, infographics, and stories tailored to financial services audiences
  • Collaborate with EMEA marketing, communications, and compliance teams to align content with business objectives and regulatory standards
  • Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to inform content calendars and campaigns
  • Manage daily posting schedules, community interactions, and crisis response on J.P. Morgan's EMEA social channels
  • Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and Sprout Social, reporting on KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Ensure all content adheres to J.P. Morgan's brand guidelines and EMEA-specific financial disclosure requirements
  • Support thought leadership initiatives by crafting content around economic insights, market updates, and client stories from the EMEA region
  • Liaise with global teams to localize content for diverse EMEA markets, including Europe, Middle East, and Africa

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in social media content creation, preferably in a financial services or corporate environment
  • Proven track record of developing engaging content for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Strong understanding of EMEA regulatory requirements for financial communications, including compliance with FCA and other regional guidelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with additional proficiency in another EMEA language preferred
