Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agile teams to design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable technology solutions for JP Morgan Chase's financial products
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and ensure rapid, reliable releases
• Implement infrastructure as code to provision and manage cloud resources efficiently
• Monitor system performance and reliability using advanced tools to support high-availability financial services
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards in all DevOps practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments to minimize downtime for critical banking systems
• Optimize application deployment processes to enhance scalability for global transaction volumes
• Mentor junior engineers on best practices in DevOps and cloud-native development
• Integrate security measures into the DevOps lifecycle to protect sensitive financial data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in software engineering or DevOps roles
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI
• Strong understanding of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Ability to work in an agile environment with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with regulatory compliance (e.g., SOC 2, PCI DSS)
