Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications for the Enterprise Platform (EP) CAO Global Risk Engineering (GRE) team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technical solutions for risk analytics and reporting
  • Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, debugging, and code reviews
  • Integrate systems with JP Morgan's core banking platforms and third-party financial services
  • Optimize application performance to handle high-volume financial data processing
  • Contribute to agile sprints, participating in daily stand-ups and sprint planning
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to enhance risk management tools
  • Support production deployments and troubleshoot issues in a 24/7 financial environment
  • Document technical specifications and mentor junior engineers on best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in software development, preferably in financial services
