Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agile teams to design, develop, and deploy secure software solutions for commodities trading platforms
• Build and maintain scalable applications that handle high-volume market data and trading workflows

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments to minimize downtime in trading operations

• Contribute to innovation by exploring emerging technologies to enhance trading efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in software development, preferably in financial services
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C++ with experience in building scalable applications
• Experience working in agile methodologies and collaborative team environments
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and compliance standards in the financial sector
• Ability to obtain necessary regulatory approvals for working in the UK financial industry
