Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain core components of the Global Banking Platform using modern software engineering practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology products that enhance banking operations
• Implement scalable and secure solutions to support global transaction processing and data management
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure reliability and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a high-stakes financial environment
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering standards and best practices within the team
• Integrate third-party services and APIs to optimize platform functionality for global banking needs
• Monitor and optimize system performance to handle high-volume financial data securely

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Java or similar object-oriented programming languages
• Experience with building and maintaining scalable web applications
• Knowledge of financial services domain, particularly global banking platforms
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international team environment
