Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using Golang to support JPMorgan Chase's global financial platforms
• Implement and manage containerized applications on Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and reliability for mission-critical banking services
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to deliver secure, innovative technology solutions that enhance client experiences in wealth management and investment banking
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to uphold the highest standards of code quality and security compliance
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, focusing on low-latency requirements for real-time financial transactions
• Integrate with internal APIs and third-party services to build robust, data-driven features for risk assessment and fraud detection
• Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to continuously improve development processes within JPMorgan's engineering culture
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards such as GDPR and SOX in all software deliverables
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives across the technology organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2-5 years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in Golang for building scalable backend services
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and collaborative team environments
• Experience in secure coding practices, especially in financial systems handling sensitive data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with trading or risk management systems
