Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agile teams to design and develop user interfaces using React.js for JP Morgan Chase's financial technology products
• Build scalable, secure, and responsive web applications that support trading platforms, client portals, and internal banking tools
• Implement and optimize UI components to ensure seamless user experiences in high-stakes financial environments
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to maintain code quality and compliance with industry standards
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services, APIs, and microservices in a secure manner
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to deliver market-leading solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, focusing on performance and reliability
• Stay updated on emerging UI technologies and contribute to innovation in fintech solutions
• Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's security protocols and regulatory requirements like GDPR and SOX
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2-4 years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks
• Experience with React.js, including hooks, state management (e.g., Redux), and component-based architecture
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and collaborative development practices
• Understanding of secure coding practices and data privacy regulations in financial services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with trading or banking applications
