Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI platform components that support scalable machine learning models for financial applications
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to integrate AI solutions into JP Morgan Chase's trading, risk, and customer service platforms
• Build and maintain secure, high-performance infrastructure for AI workloads, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the financial sector
• Optimize AI systems for efficiency, focusing on low-latency inference critical for real-time financial transactions
• Implement monitoring and observability tools to track AI model performance and detect anomalies in production environments
• Contribute to agile sprints, participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines

• Ensure data privacy and security in AI platforms, adhering to industry standards like PCI DSS and internal Chase policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML platforms
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala for building scalable AI systems
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, particularly in deploying AI workloads
• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Kubeflow
