Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to support critical financial applications such as predictive analytics for market trends and risk assessment
• Collaborate with agile teams to integrate machine learning solutions into JP Morgan Chase's core banking platforms and trading systems
• Optimize ML algorithms for performance, scalability, and efficiency in handling high-volume financial data
• Conduct data analysis and feature engineering using large datasets from financial markets and customer transactions
• Ensure model robustness, interpretability, and compliance with regulatory requirements in the financial sector
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production ML systems to maintain uptime for mission-critical financial services
• Stay updated on emerging AI/ML trends and contribute to innovation in areas like natural language processing for sentiment analysis in financial news
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on AI/ML development
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala for building scalable ML models
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Demonstrated ability to work in agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations like GDPR and financial compliance standards (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS)
• Proven track record of deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments

Preferred Qualifications
