Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to enhance financial products like predictive analytics for market trends and customer personalization
• Collaborate with agile teams to integrate machine learning solutions into secure, scalable banking platforms
• Optimize ML pipelines for performance, ensuring low-latency processing of real-time financial data
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high standards of code quality and reliability
• Work with data scientists and engineers to preprocess large datasets from trading systems and customer interactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML technologies
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala for developing scalable ML models
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Proven track record in deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments, particularly in financial services
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations like GDPR and financial compliance standards (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS)
• Ability to work collaboratively in agile teams with cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial domain applications, such as fraud detection, risk modeling, or algorithmic trading
