Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to solve complex problems in financial services, such as predictive analytics for credit risk or anomaly detection in transactions
• Collaborate with agile teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into JP Morgan Chase's core banking platforms and trading systems
• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality inputs for machine learning pipelines
• Optimize and scale ML models for production environments, focusing on performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain robust software standards
• Stay abreast of emerging AI/ML trends and apply them to enhance JP Morgan's technological capabilities
• Work with stakeholders to define requirements and translate business needs into technical AI solutions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all AI/ML implementations within the financial sector

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML technologies
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala for developing scalable AI/ML models
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
