Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable software solutions for JP Morgan Chase's financial technology products
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to deliver market-leading applications in areas like digital banking or asset management
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal security standards throughout the software lifecycle
• Troubleshoot and optimize complex systems to handle high-frequency trading or real-time data processing
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical roadmaps for innovative financial services
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high engineering standards
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance platform capabilities in a secure manner

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, or C++
• Experience with agile methodologies and collaborative development practices
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and data privacy regulations in financial services
