Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy secure and scalable software solutions for JP Morgan Chase's financial platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to deliver market-leading technology products
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
• Analyze complex business requirements in the financial services domain and translate them into technical specifications
• Optimize system performance to handle high-volume transactions and ensure low-latency operations
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and fostering a culture of innovation
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to maintain reliability and security
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and apply them to enhance JP Morgan's competitive edge in fintech
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as GDPR, SOX, and FINRA in all software deliverables
• Contribute to the evolution of internal tools and frameworks for efficient software engineering practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or similar programming languages
• Experience with agile methodologies and collaborative team environments
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and scalable system design
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, production-ready code
