Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation frameworks to ensure secure and scalable technology products for JP Morgan Chase's financial platforms
• Collaborate with agile teams to deliver market-leading solutions in areas like risk management and transaction processing
• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts for software applications in the financial services domain
• Optimize code for performance and reliability in high-volume, low-latency environments
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices for automation
• Integrate automation tools with existing JP Morgan infrastructure, including cloud-based services
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production systems to minimize downtime in critical banking operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on automation and testing
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Experience working in agile environments with tools like Jenkins, Git, and Docker
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and scalable system design
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams within financial services
