Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust back-end services for Chase UK's digital banking platforms
• Collaborate with front-end teams, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Implement secure APIs and microservices adhering to financial industry standards and JP Morgan's security protocols
• Optimize system performance and scalability to handle high-volume banking transactions
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and ensure compliance with UK banking regulations
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
• Contribute to the evolution of Chase UK's technology stack, incorporating emerging fintech trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in back-end software development
• Proven track record in building scalable, secure applications in the financial services sector
• Strong understanding of UK regulatory requirements for banking technology (e.g., GDPR, FCA guidelines)
• Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team environment

Preferred Qualifications
