Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agile teams to design, develop, and deploy blockchain-based solutions for financial products
• Build and enhance scalable blockchain applications to support secure transactions in the banking sector
• Integrate blockchain technologies with existing JPMorgan systems for improved efficiency and compliance
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality, secure deliverables
• Work with stakeholders to identify blockchain use cases in areas like payments, asset tokenization, and supply chain finance
• Monitor and optimize blockchain network performance, addressing scalability and security challenges
• Stay updated on emerging blockchain trends and contribute to innovation within JPMorgan's technology roadmap
• Document technical specifications and mentor junior engineers on blockchain best practices
• Ensure all developments adhere to regulatory standards such as GDPR, SOX, and financial industry protocols

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on blockchain technologies
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Solidity
• Experience with distributed ledger technologies like Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda
• Strong understanding of financial services regulations and compliance in blockchain applications
• Demonstrated ability to work in agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams
