Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load financial data from various sources
• Collaborate with agile teams to build and deliver innovative technology products for reporting and analytics
• Implement and optimize reporting solutions using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or custom dashboards
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with financial regulations in all ETL processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in data flows, performance tuning for high-volume transactions
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of software components in a CI/CD environment
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements for financial reporting enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on ETL processes and reporting systems
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Scala for data processing
• Experience with ETL tools like Apache NiFi, Talend, or Informatica in a financial services environment
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, SQL, and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server)
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
• Ability to handle sensitive financial data with compliance to regulations like GDPR and SOX
