Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React.js for front-end and Java/Spring Boot for back-end
• Collaborate with agile teams to deliver secure, scalable technology products for JP Morgan Chase's financial services
• Implement and optimize features for trading platforms, risk management systems, or client-facing applications
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and integrate security best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in high-availability environments
• Work with data pipelines and APIs to handle financial data securely and efficiently
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to enhance JP Morgan's digital banking solutions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all development activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development
• Proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Strong experience with backend technologies such as Java, Node.js, or Python
• Demonstrated ability to work in agile environments with secure coding practices
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
