Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Golang in a Kubernetes environment
• Collaborate with agile teams to deliver secure, high-performance technology products for financial services
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable deployments
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and security best practices in banking applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production systems impacting trading or risk management
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers on Golang and Kubernetes best practices
• Integrate services with JP Morgan's internal platforms for data processing and analytics
• Contribute to innovation in cloud-native architectures for global financial operations
• Monitor system performance and scalability to support high-volume transactions
• Work closely with product owners to align technical solutions with business objectives in wealth management or investment banking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Golang for building scalable backend services
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment
• Experience working in agile environments with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of secure coding practices in the financial services sector
