Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications using Java backend and React frontend technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable technology products for JP Morgan's financial services
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
• Contribute to the architecture and optimization of systems handling high-volume financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements in banking applications
• Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing within the team
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to enhance JP Morgan's market-leading solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Java full stack technologies
• Proficiency in React.js for building responsive user interfaces
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams
• Experience in designing secure and scalable applications in the financial services domain
• Knowledge of database systems such as SQL and NoSQL
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, global team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
