Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable software solutions for JP Morgan Chase's financial platforms
  • Collaborate with agile teams to deliver market-leading technology products in investment banking and asset management
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices for security and performance
  • Integrate systems with financial data sources, APIs, and third-party services
  • Troubleshoot and optimize applications to handle high-volume trading and transaction data
  • Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal risk management policies
  • Leverage cloud technologies to build resilient infrastructure for global operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on scalable systems
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
  • Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of secure coding practices and data privacy regulations in financial services
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement cloud-based solutions
