Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions for market-leading banking platforms
  • Implement best practices for code quality, including unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews
  • Ensure applications adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory requirements in the financial sector
  • Optimize system performance and scalability to handle high-volume financial transactions
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical knowledge base
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate them into JP Morgan's software ecosystem

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience with .NET and C#
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure applications in a financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, particularly in secure deployments
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards relevant to banking (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
