Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Oracle HCM Cloud US Payroll solutions to support JP Morgan Chase's global workforce
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US tax regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and compliance, to align payroll systems with business needs
• Implement custom configurations and extensions using Oracle HCM tools to enhance payroll functionality
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and deployment of payroll updates in a secure, financial services environment
• Monitor and optimize payroll system performance to handle high-volume transactions for thousands of employees
• Stay updated on Oracle HCM enhancements and integrate them into JP Morgan's payroll infrastructure
• Document technical specifications and provide training to team members on payroll best practices
• Ensure all developments adhere to JP Morgan's cybersecurity protocols and financial industry standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
• Proven expertise in US Payroll modules within Oracle HCM, including configuration and customization
• Strong understanding of financial services regulations, such as SOX compliance and data privacy standards
• Experience with agile methodologies and full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances for handling sensitive financial data

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle HCM Cloud certification (e.g., Oracle Payroll Cloud Implementation Specialist)
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector, particularly with payroll systems for large enterprises
