Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality front-end applications using React.js for the International Consumer Bank
• Collaborate with UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver intuitive user interfaces for banking services
• Implement responsive and accessible web components that comply with financial accessibility standards
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability for global user bases in the financial sector
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to maintain code quality and security
• Integrate front-end systems with backend APIs, focusing on secure data handling for sensitive financial information
• Participate in agile sprints, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives in a flat organizational structure
• Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies and apply them to enhance digital banking experiences
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, minimizing downtime for critical banking applications
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in software engineering within the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in front-end software development
• Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Experience building responsive web applications for high-traffic environments
• Knowledge of financial services regulations and data security standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS)
• Proven track record of working in agile methodologies within cross-functional teams
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances for banking sector roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant technical field
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly consumer banking
