Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce-based solutions to enhance CRM capabilities for JP Morgan Chase clients
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Architect scalable Salesforce applications, including custom objects, workflows, and Apex code, tailored to financial services needs
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements and data security protocols in the banking sector
• Mentor and guide junior software engineers on best practices for Salesforce development and integration
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and optimization to maintain high performance and reliability of CRM systems
• Integrate Salesforce with other JP Morgan Chase platforms, such as core banking and analytics tools, using APIs and middleware
• Monitor and troubleshoot Salesforce environments to resolve issues and improve system efficiency
• Contribute to innovation initiatives, such as AI-driven personalization in customer interactions
• Document technical designs, processes, and user guides to support knowledge sharing across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on Salesforce development
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II certification
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in a financial services environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
• Experience with financial data security and compliance standards such as GDPR and SOX
• Ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Architect or Administrator certification
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
• Knowledge of integration tools like MuleSoft for connecting Salesforce with core banking systems
• Prior work in a large-scale financial institution handling customer relationship management
• Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data modeling
• Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and database management in Salesforce
• Experience with integration technologies like REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft
• Understanding of financial services CRM processes and customer data handling
• Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence
• Problem-solving and analytical skills for complex technical challenges
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-team interactions
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance in banking
• JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development in Salesforce
• Version control systems like Git for code management

• Project management skills for leading development initiatives
