Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications to support JP Morgan Chase's internal IT operations and client services
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions in alignment with financial industry standards
• Implement and optimize ServiceNow workflows, including incident management, change management, and service catalog enhancements
• Ensure all developments adhere to regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, SOX, and banking security protocols
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality, reliable software products
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, including JP Morgan's core banking platforms and third-party financial tools
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
• Monitor and improve system performance to support high-volume transactions in a 24/7 financial environment
• Participate in innovation initiatives to enhance automation and efficiency in service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform development and configuration
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and collaborative team environments
• Experience in secure software development practices within the financial services sector
• Ability to design scalable solutions for enterprise-level applications
• Familiarity with compliance standards relevant to banking and financial regulations
