Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces using React.js for JP Morgan Chase's financial platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver scalable UI solutions
• Implement responsive and accessible front-end components that adhere to financial industry standards and security protocols
• Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences across devices
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality codebases
• Integrate APIs and microservices to support real-time financial data visualization
• Contribute to agile sprints, providing technical expertise on UI/UX best practices
• Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies and apply them to enhance banking applications
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations like GDPR and SOX in all UI developments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on UI development
• Proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Experience building responsive and accessible web applications
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git and agile development methodologies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment within a large financial institution

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or MobX
