Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces using TypeScript and related technologies for JP Morgan Chase's financial products
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions that support global banking operations
• Implement responsive and accessible UI components ensuring compliance with financial accessibility standards
• Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and troubleshoot issues in high-volume trading and transaction systems
• Integrate UI with backend services, APIs, and data visualization tools to enhance user experience in wealth management and investment platforms
• Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives within the software engineering team
• Ensure all developments adhere to JP Morgan's security protocols and regulatory requirements for the financial services industry
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation for UI best practices
• Monitor and analyze user feedback to iterate on UI designs for market-leading financial applications
• Stay updated on emerging UI technologies and trends to drive innovation in JP Morgan's digital banking solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on UI/UX development
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular
• Experience in agile methodologies and collaborative team environments
• Demonstrated ability to design secure and scalable software solutions in a financial services context
• Knowledge of financial industry regulations and data security standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS)
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality code in fast-paced production environments
