Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain code using best practices for reliability, performance, and security in a regulated environment
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Integrate software with existing JP Morgan Chase systems, such as core banking platforms or risk analytics tools
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime for critical financial operations
  • Contribute to agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to drive continuous improvement
  • Document technical specifications and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in software development, preferably in financial services
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
  • Experience with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • U.S. work authorization required
