Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for payments applications to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to bridge gaps and define testing requirements
  • Design test strategies and frameworks for end-to-end QA in payment processing systems
  • Perform regression, integration, and performance testing on financial transaction platforms
  • Identify and document defects, working closely with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
  • Contribute to agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to shape innovative solutions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as PCI-DSS and data security protocols
  • Analyze test results and provide insights to improve system reliability and user experience
  • Mentor junior team members on best practices in QA automation
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and tools to enhance testing capabilities in payments domain

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in QA automation, testing, or software development
  • Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cucumber for payments systems
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Experience with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI in financial applications
  • Knowledge of payments processing, transaction flows, and regulatory compliance in banking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Java or Python programming for test automation scripts
