Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and analyze requirements for IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency in JP Morgan's financial services
• Leverage data insights from internal systems to develop strategic recommendations and roadmaps for technology implementations
• Facilitate alignment between business units and IT teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions supporting trading, risk management, and client services
• Conduct gap analysis on current systems and propose enhancements to support JP Morgan's global banking initiatives
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to drive technical program delivery in the Buenos Aires hub
• Monitor and report on solution performance metrics, using data visualization tools to communicate insights to senior leadership
• Support the integration of emerging technologies like AI and machine learning into financial workflows
• Ensure all solutions comply with JP Morgan's risk management standards and regulatory requirements
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions within the team
• Assist in vendor evaluations and contract negotiations for third-party solution providers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT solutions analysis, business analysis, or a similar role within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of bridging business and IT needs in a large-scale financial organization
• Strong understanding of data analytics and insights generation for strategic decision-making
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools in a banking environment
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous for the Buenos Aires location
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances for handling sensitive financial data
