Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end technical programs for innovative solutions in JP Morgan Chase's financial services portfolio
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and business analysts to define program scope and deliverables
• Identify and mitigate risks in complex technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance standards in banking
• Drive agile ceremonies, track program progress, and report on key metrics to senior leadership
• Facilitate solution design and integration for financial systems, optimizing for scalability and security
• Coordinate with global teams in Hyderabad and other JP Morgan locations to ensure seamless program delivery
• Conduct stakeholder engagements to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical roadmaps
• Monitor budget, timelines, and resources to deliver programs on time and within scope
• Promote innovation by evaluating emerging technologies for potential application in financial services
• Ensure adherence to JP Morgan's quality assurance and governance processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management or solution analysis within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of managing complex technology programs in a large-scale enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification in project/program management

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or MBA
• Experience in financial services technologies like core banking systems, risk management platforms, or regulatory compliance tools
• Prior work at a global financial institution with exposure to cross-border projects
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud in a fintech context
