Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end technical programs for innovative solutions in JP Morgan Chase's financial services platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and business stakeholders to define program scope and deliverables
• Identify and mitigate risks in complex technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with firm-wide strategic goals
• Drive agile ceremonies, track program progress, and report on key metrics to senior leadership
• Facilitate solution analysis by gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical specifications
• Oversee resource allocation and budgeting for technology programs to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase's security and regulatory standards in all program activities
• Foster innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and integrating them into financial services solutions
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in technical program delivery
• Conduct post-program reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management or solution analysis within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of managing complex technology programs in a large-scale enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification in project management

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or MBA
